Learn twelve foundational stitches as you make a personalised working clock.

You will have a choice of felt and thread colours to suit your tastes. The clock face is stitched onto a felt hoop which is strengthened to hold a working clock mechanism. This full day workshop is aimed at complete beginners who want to get started on their embroidery journey.

Rebecca will teach you:

  • how to use embroidery hoops
  • how to use templates
  • the basic tips and tricks to making sewing easier
  • 12 foundational embroidery stitches to start you on your embroidery journey
  • how to mount your backing board and clock mechanism

 

All equipment and materials are included. 

Refreshments and lunch are provided.

Venue:

Timings: Workshop starts at 10 a.m. and finishes at 4.30 p.m. with breaks for lunch and refreshments.

Complete beginners welcome. Suitable for all crafters from age 12+

Cancellations and refunds: Due to venue hire costs, refunds within 21 days of the workshop are not possible. But transfers or pre-payment for future dates will be offered instead.
